Shipping Info & FAQs

Shipping:

We understand that you're excited about your order, and we strive to ship your merchandise out as fast as we can :)
FREE Shipping is provided to any address in India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Almost all orders are shipped by BlueDart, Delhivery & Xpressbees.
You shall receive a tracking link via email within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped.
If your shipping address is in an area not serviceable by the above courier services, your order will be shipped using SpeedPost instead.
We ship most orders from Mumbai.
For orders containing personalized/custom-printed products, do refer to the product listing page for how long it will take for manufacturing & customization before the product ships out.
Orders that have multiple items, including an personalized product might be split up and shipped out in parts in order to get the items to you as soon as possible.
If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please reply to the Team-BHP Store order confirmation email, and we will ensure that you get your package as soon as possible.
If you haven't received any emails from us after placing an order, please check your 'Spam' folder.

Payment Methods:

We accept credit & debit cards, netbanking, UPI (gpay, etc), wallets, and more via our secure payment gateway.
Cash On Delivery (COD) has been discontinued.

Purchase Questions:

Do I have to be a Team-BHP Member?
No. If you are a BHPian at heart, that's all that counts. Guests are welcome to buy Team-BHP Merchandise.
Can I buy individual Stickers?
We only ship stickers by the set. You could gift any extra stickers to friends and family, or distribute them at the next Team-BHP meet that you attend.

Returns:

Unfortunately we do not accept returns.
If buying apparel, please consult the size chart that is included on every listing to ensure a perfect fit.
